Brian is a get it done kind of guy. From the initiation to the close, he was there every step of the way. He noticed from my ID card that I could apply for a VA loan, which I thought I was not qualified any longer. He made it easy and stress free. Bottom line is we would not have this house if it wasn’t for Brian and VIP Mortgage. The mans professionalism is top notch. I would highly recommend working with Brian!!!
Brian has been nothing but professional, courteous, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Filled out pre approval application at night, received approval letter next morning. From approval letter to finding a house to closing in just over 3 weeks!! Brian was available to answer the many questions I had day, evening, and weekends!
